How to earn money while staying at home

     Finding a good job is quite difficult nowadays. Especially that there are some companies that are really strict when it comes to the age of the applicant. If you are more than thirty years old, patience is a must as there are some companies that will reject you.

    Sometimes, it depends also on the position you are applying for. If you are an accountant for example, age does not really matter that much, but experience does.

     But  with the advancement of technology you might want to take advantage of it. So why not explore the possibilities of working from home, no traffic and no uniforms required plus you get to spend time and see your kids anytime.

    There are so many online jobs available like online teaching, website developer or virtual assistants or online medical transcription jobs. Obviously, you need a stable internet for that. Most companies will require you to have at least 2 Mbps wired connection.  A good camera and a headset are also important.  

     Payment of salary is done online too, most companies require you to have a paypal account, from there you will get your salary either on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Salaries ranging from $ 300 up to $ 2,000 or more per month depending on what work you do is too high especially if you are spending in peso but earning in dollars. Awesome right?

    Upwork.com for example is one stable company that digital employees find work. Another site that you can visit to find online jobs is Freelancer.ph, they help  employers worldwide to find great and efficient online employees to secure a job and vice versa. You can also search in google using keywords like "online jobs" or "homebased jobs". 

         Make impressive resume and make sure that you are a person employers can trust, since it is an online job, you should be able to deliver. I also need to warn you that there are scammers, fake online jobs, so be careful of them. If they tell you, you could earn this or that amount of money, but you have to register and pay them first, back up! it is surely a scam.

         Don't just sit there and wait for opportunities, you can work from home. It is possible. We are in the information age. Everything is almost free nowadays especially in terms of education.  There is youtube or google that will answer your questions and will teach you new skills needed for that online job you wanted to have.

       You just have to change your behavior, do not be lazy. Be diligent. Never cease to learn. Do not blame or depend on the government or other people for lack of opportunities. You can't easily change them, but you can change yourself.  Welcome change, it's inevitable. Study, read books, equip yourself with knowledge that are on demand with the modern times.
